Questions about using the platform.

What happens to my Word template?

It stays yours. You upload it as it is, with your header and your tables, and you can replace it at any time. The documents come out in it, not in a format we impose.

Can I leave with my documents?

Yes. Every finalised document is a Word file and a PDF that you download and keep wherever you want. You do not need us to open them years from now.

Who sees my case files?

Your case files belong to your organisation and are separate between organisations. Inviting colleagues is not available yet. Documents are processed by the platform’s services, and platform administrators may have access for support and maintenance.

You upload a template and the source documents for one case file, check each filled-in value against its source, and export the document in Word and PDF.
